Free Pick Up Service
Wood + Stencil Co. is located in North Burnaby, BC. Orders will be ready within one week of confirmation and payment of order. We will be in contact with you once your order is ready to arrange a mutually beneficial pick-up time.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping within Lower Mainland
Orders will be ready to be delivered within one week of confirmation and payment of order.

We will process your order as quickly as possible - usually within one week of payment of order. Once processed, you will receive an email notification that your items are ready to ship. Orders will be shipped via overnight courier service.

Additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping within the Lower Mainland for orders of $90 or more.
Shipping rates outside the Lower Mainland are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of these DIY Craft Kits and Stencil Designs, these products are not eligible for returns.
However, if you notice a defect in the product, please take a picture PRIOR to starting your project and email us at woodandstencilco@gmail.com and we will do our best to exchange the defective product.
As wood is a living breathing product, every piece of wood has its own unique markings, knots and cracks. We love the natural beauty wood has and therefore do not cut out any knots as we feel that allows the character of the wood to shine through. This adds to the homemade characteristics of your sign and makes it unique.
